Court Garnishes Transit Agency's Assets
MV files lawsuit against South Tahoe Area Transit Authority for Refusal To Pay
A judge in the Ninth Judicial District Court of Nevada has frozen all assets, bank accounts and farebox revenue of the South Tahoe Area Transportation Authority (STATA) after MV Transportation, Inc. filed a lawsuit against the agency in an effort to recover approximately $3 million dollars owed to the company.
